An annual Furnace Inspection will help ensure the proper and safe operating conditions of your furnace, thus lowering your heating costs.

The Furnace Inspection consists of:

• Carbon Monoxide Test

• Venting Test

• Gas Pressure Test

• Gas Pressure Adjustment

• Fan, Motor and Belt Check

• Bearing Check

• Pilot Check

• Burners Check

• Humidifier Check

• Flame Pattern Check

• Condensate Drain Check (only on High Efficiency)

Furnace Cleaning Package ~ 1 to 1 ½ Hours

Unfortunately furnaces seem to get neglected until they break! The dirt and dust that can build up on blowers/motors/burners/pilots and heat exchangers can reek havoc on the operation of the furnace.

Our Furnace Cleaning consists of:

• Removing Blower and Motor for cleaning
• Cleaning the Burners and Pilots (removing if necessary)

• Cleaning of Heat Exchanger (low to mid efficiency)
• Recommend Replacement Parts if necessary

Gas Fireplace Inspections Package

An annual Gas Fireplace Inspection will help ensure the proper and safe operating conditions of your fireplace.

Fireplace Inspections consist of:

• Carbon Monoxide Check
• Removal and Cleaning of Glass
• Removal and Cleaning of Log Set
• Inspection and Cleaning of Burners
• Inspection and Cleaning of Pilot Assembly

• Inspection and Cleaning of Blower (if so equipped)
• Inspection of Venting

• Checking for Proper Operation

Central Air Conditioning Inspection Package

Spring check-ups are important with your A/C to help prevent damage to the unit on start up.

The A/C Inspection consists of:

• Condensate Pump and Line

• Check Condenser cleaning if needed

• Electrical Check

• Filter Check

• Pressure Test

• Motor and Bearings Check
